Refund Policy

At Nobel Pages, we strive to provide top-tier content writing, editing, and publishing services tailored to meet the highest standards of quality and professionalism. We are committed to ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining transparency in all our business practices. However, due to the nature of our services—many of which are custom-made and labor-intensive—we have outlined the following detailed refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may only be requested under specific conditions outlined below:

A request must be submitted within 5 business days of order delivery.

The client must provide a valid reason for the refund, supported by specific evidence of dissatisfaction.

Work that has already been approved, downloaded, or published will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable due to the amount of time, labor, and creative effort involved. These include, but are not limited to:

Completed book writing, editing, or publishing projects

Customized content or design services

Marketing and promotional services once initiated

Rush delivery orders

Services that have been partially or fully approved by the client

Any third-party service fees (e.g., ISBN registration, distribution platform charges)

3. Refund Request Process

If you are not satisfied with your order, you must first contact our support team at support@nobelpages.com with the following information:

Order number

Specific reason for the refund request

Supporting details or documentation (screenshots, comments, etc.)

Once the request is received, it will be forwarded to our Quality Assurance Department, which will:

Review the work delivered

Evaluate the reason for dissatisfaction

Contact the client within 3 to 5 business days with a resolution

4. Revision Before Refund

Our policy includes up to two free revisions for every project. Refunds will only be considered after all revision opportunities have been exhausted. We highly encourage clients to work with our team to refine and improve the deliverables before proceeding with a refund request.

5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, if only part of the project was unsatisfactory or if partial work was delivered, we may offer a pro-rated partial refund based on the amount of work completed. The exact amount refunded will be determined at the discretion of our management team.

6. Refund Denial Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

The client changes their mind after placing an order

The client fails to provide required project input or respond to communications

The client has previously approved or used the content in any form

Delays caused by the client’s non-responsiveness or lack of cooperation

Refund requests made after the refund eligibility window

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage our clients to reach out to us first before initiating any chargeback or dispute. In the event of a chargeback, the client’s access to our services will be suspended, and we reserve the right to take legal action or forward the matter to collections.

Additionally:

If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us, all rights to the work will immediately be revoked and legal ownership will revert to Nobel Pages.

Any associated copyrights or usage rights will be null and void.

8. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days via the original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

9. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it if work has not commenced. Once the project is in progress, cancellations are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

10. For ACH Payments

Customers authorizing payments over the phone will receive written confirmation via email. In case of any billing errors or unauthorized debits, customers may contact us within 7 business days to request an investigation or refund. All refunds, if approved, will be processed via the same method of payment (ACH) to the original account on file.

11. Modifications to this Policy

Nobel Pages reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. All changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
